The Rex Deli
Tucked away in Mayfair, The Rex Deli sits within a restored Grade II listed Queen Anne horse stable. The space was reimagined for modern hospitality while retaining its original features. The design began with a watercolour sketch and evolved into an interior blending reclaimed materials, handcrafted joinery and bespoke metal work. Features like the original front doors and pavement skylight were uncovered and restored, with services and fire safety systems carefully integrated. Learn more about the project here

Rita
Rita is a German-built tug with an extraordinary past and an exciting future. Now a working superyacht in the Mediterranean, she underwent an extensive refit. Her 22-ton U-Boat engine was rebuilt cylinder by cylinder at our site in Southampton, alongside a full interior redesign with custom switchboards. With no original plans and only limited records, every element was restored with care to preserve her industrial character while upgrading key systems making her a truly unique vessel in today’s world. Cadogan Garden Offices
Set in the heart of Chelsea, this central London office was fully stripped out before being reimagined as a calm, residential-style workplace. Spread over four floors and a basement, the building was fitted with custom joinery, reclaimed finishes and bespoke metalwork. Original features were carefully integrated with new services, including a full commercial kitchen, hidden storage, and discreet lighting systems. The result is a layered, functional space that shifts easily between formal and informal, private and open-plan. More

the Yard
On the banks of the River Itchen sits James’ Wharf, an historic boatyard within Ocean Quay. The site has been brought back into use through careful restoration and now acts as the base for Calshot. It has been shaped by the people who work within it and by the projects that pass through it. Every aspect has been considered. Reclaimed timber and salvaged brick reflect the industrial character of the buildings and the quality of the work taking place inside them. It is a yard with history and purpose, made for the work it supports. More
